"Nostro Blend" was founded in 2008 from the love and effort of a second generation family of roasters, carefully selecting the 5 best varieties of Arabica beans from all over the world to create a unique and 100% organic blend with a distinctive and unmistakeable body and flavour.
Our blend is the fruit of a family recipe, kept under lock and key, but for everyone to enjoy and admire, NOSTRO coffee is fully traceable. Ethically sourced, we fuse traditional methods and state-of-the-art technology in an expertly measured and careful roasting process, which is what makes our flavour and aroma so distinctive and intense.
NOSTRO is the result of a family dream, that is why we put our heart, passion and time into every step of the process of making coffee that satisfies even the most discerning palates to enjoy it on one of our terraces and now in the comfort of your own home.
So how is it done?
We select the freshest beans, following an artisanal approach. Roasting them in small batches which is controlled one by one in order to get the best out of each particular bean and to achieve an optimal and consistent result.
You can enjoy our coffee in various cafés and restaurants in Jávea and as always on our premises.
