Organic coffee is grown and produced without synthetic fertilisers and chemicals, which means cleaner beans, air, soil and water following traditional practices. Cultivation at altitude and in the shade of lush forests provides a home for wild plants and animals, maintaining soil fertility and unique regional ecosystems. 

These soils are also more resilient and better adapted to uncommon environmental patterns as a result of climate change.
